Conformity assessment Services for Food Products is a service through which a Food Product Registered by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) is reviewed to issue a certificate of conformity for this product.
Our Company is registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) as the entity granting Conformity Certificates for foods to speed up Customs Clearance Procedures. The main role of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority SFDA is to ensure the safety, accuracy, and effectiveness of products related to human health, as it has the authority to supervise the relevant facilities and the various activities, starting from manufacturing, importing, and registering the products within its scope. SFDA is also responsible for setting and updating all the mandatory standards that regulate food and drug products, whether they are locally manufactured or imported to the kingdom, in addition to its main role regarding consumer awareness.
The importer must submit a request of certification and declaration of conformity.

Companies are required to register food products with the Food and Drug General Authority, as it is the regulating body for food products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where food products imported or manufactured in Saudi Arabia are registered by submitting registration requirements in the electronic system for food registration, which enables companies to register products.
